We used to LOVE this pizza place. We went in last night (Friday evening) at 8:20pm. Sat at an outside table for 10 minutes and no one waited on us. We walked inside and asked if there was table service outside and the waitress answered she was running behind. No problem, we know it's tough for businesses getting enough help right now. We went back outside and sat down. A different waitress brought us menus at 8:32pm and said they were only doing TO GO orders because they close at 9pm. I mentioned that Google showed they were open until 10pm and she offhandedly said "oh, we didn't get that updated." We did order 2 slices of pizza and garlic knots. We got them around 8:45 and at outside at a park bench. The pizza was nothing like they used to serve. Hardly any toppings and all sauce. Which was good, because they didn't give us any marinara sauce with the garlic knots like they were supposed to! We will take this place off our list of favorites.
Exceptionally Poor Service from the bartenders and waitresses. I do not recommend dining at Right Coast Pizza if you would actually like to eat or enjoy a drink or two. My husband and I were meeting another couple and were looking forward to trying out a restaurant where we had not previously dined, since moving to Greeley a year ago. We checked in with Ashley, the hostess, and were told it would be a 20-30 minute wait for a table. That is to be expected for a Friday evening, and with a limited staff of four people. We let Ashley know that we would be at the bar ordering appetizers and drinks while we waited for a table. We found a place on the south side of the bar and reviewed the menu on our phones. The bartender never came in our direction to ask for our order, but somehow she managed to refill drinks for other patrons on the long side of the bar twice, even though some of the patrons had arrived after we did. I ended up chasing down the bartender halfway down the long side of the bar to let her know that we were ready to order. We never saw her again. After another 20 minutes, I noticed that Taylor was behind the bar, I flagged her down and asked if we could place our order while we waited for our table. She commented that she was waiting on tables and quickly left the bar area. 35 to 40 minutes later I approached Ashley, the hostess who checked us in, to see if we could place an order while we waited at the bar for our table. She said that she had a table for four ready and that we could go ahead and take a seat at the table just south of the bar. My husband and I moved to the table Ashley had indicated. Immediately after we left the south end of the bar, another group of four entered the restaurant and took the seats we had just vacated at the bar. Within seconds Ashley was taking their order, even though she was clearly aware that we had been waiting 35 to 40 minutes for a table, had asked twice about placing an order, and the group of four had just arrived moments before. Watching this I approached Ashley at the bar and asked why we had not been served in the last hour, and everyone on the long side of the bar had been served at least twice, and now the new group of four was receiving service before anyone had even come to our table to speak with us. Ashley couldn't provide an answer. We understand that these days restaurants may be understaffed, or exceptionally busy on a Friday night. But this was a significant lack of awareness, and exceptionally poor service by all staff members in the restaurant this evening. My husband and I notified Ashley that we did not feel welcome, had wasted an hour of our time waiting for a table and trying to place an order, while staff ignored us. We left to take our business elsewhere. Right Coast Pizza is not a place that I will patronize again in the future, nor recommend to anybody I know.
Wish I could include a picture. We got it to take home. About a 3rd of the pizza has no toppings. Not very much care was put into the making of it. To me that reflects on the business. We’ve been looking for a good pizza place, and I guess we’ll keep looking.
As the name implies, this is primarily east coast style pizza (not deep dish). I usually order a custom pie but have tried a few of their signature ones as well -- all had quality ingredients, good sauce and a firm crust. Very reasonable prices and frequent specials makes this choice a no-brainer.
Great selection of specialty pizzas! I had one slice of Sweet Spicy Love, and another slice of Tropical Storm. Nice flavor combinations, and good choice of craft brews. Be ready, the slices are BIG!
