I love RR. This is one of my fav chain restaurants anyway, and they still local. I have always had a great experience at this one in particular anyway. They always have a great staff line up and each member is super attentive, joyful and passionate. Its great to have a crew that likes what they do and are there to deliver the best service. Aside from all that, the food is fantastic. I love the attention and time RR puts in to make sure they have fantastic meals for their customers. Can't really go wrong here. Everything is fresh, cooked to order and I never leave here dissatisfied. Great place for friends, family, drinks and food.
Wasn't expecting a frozen patty at a gourmet burger restaurant I won't be going back
Google maps shows that there is no dine in. So I ordered a pick up and arrived on location to see that people were entering the building and not coming out. I checked it out and sure enough dine in was an option. Now I'm sitting in my truck eating my burger, which is delicious, watching people go in to eat. 😢 The 3 stars doesn't represent the food but represents the lack of diligence to resolve the dine in information on google maps. Before you criticize, ask the question who's responsible for the correct information on google maps?
The staff was amazing! Leah was our waitress. little did she know it but just was hosting a first date. This date was more then two meeting. It's was two soul mates finding each other. thank you Leah! For waiting on us we took so long to order she was so sweet and very patient.
The kiosk pad Tried to sneak a $1.99 entrainment fee and calculated tip that included sales tax. Good people but sub par ingredients. Was that real bacon? 10 yrs since my last visit. Be another 10 before a revisit.. good people do make a difference. Maybe only 5 years before revisit.. This sneaky stuff and cheap ingredients driven by corporate is why chain places like this die.
