I’ve came into this location multiple times and I usually come around 9pm. Every time I come they start cleaning and closing 1-1.5 hours early leading to them being “out of” certain things. I’ve worked at fast food places before and I know they have the food they just already cleaned and don’t want to ruin their work they’ve already done. Every time I go they’re out of something. And the place inside is always so dirty, makes me glad I never eat inside their restaurant.
They didn't give us very much meat. I complained about it after two burritos had an equally small meat portion and they gave the second burrito more chicken, but I was still left with very little on my brisket burrito. You used to be able to expect quality food with a healthy amount of meat but that seems to have changed.
Qdoba decided to do away with regular onions and replaced them with pickled onions....not sure why? They might be okay, but nothing beats regular onions in my opinion. Anyways, I called this store and asked if they still had them. Bree (or Bri, not sure how to spell her name) informed me that the regular onions were replaced but would gladly go to the back and pack us some on the side. She even gave us extra! Give her a raise! Other chains could learn a thing or two from her amazing customer service and and overall good vibes!
Twice I have came in 2 hours before closing time, and both times they were closing early and out of most meats, both rices, and chips. Terrible management. I get wanting to get a head start on closing but at least try to accommodate paying customers. Don’t waste your time here
Love the food just wished the food was evenly spread on quesadillas I had a hole slice with just cheese Edit Just visited and the Manger replaced my food because the cheese didn't melt and heard its my bday and gave me a brownie and cookie
