Employees have offered alternate items as compensation, but have refused refund due to no manager on duty, and was asked to place a call. No answer or follow up.
This has happened multiple times, different times of day and on different days of the week.
Do not order anything but pizza on the app if you actually want to receive your whole order.

Ordered online for delivery, through 3rd party (does not specify which one). I later received a phone call stating they don't deliver, there was no management available or anyone knowledgeable that I could talk to in order to try to understand the situation better. I was also told there was no one who would know how to complete a refund on my unused delivery fee. On my way to pick up my undeliverable order, I received a text with the approximate time of arrival from doordash. I called back to confirm and they knew nothing of it and blamed me for the miscommunication. Long story short, management needs to do a better job of training their employees on procedures and customer service.
