Pizza was 45 minutes late and cold. Girl who answered the phone was not very good at understanding a refund and put me on hold 4 times.

After waiting an hour they give us two pizzas that all of the toppings were on the box.... waited another hour to have it replace after spending 80 NOT WORTH IT SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN A REFUND

Today I order a Pizza for our staff at a local business to appreciate them! I first spoke with Travis- professional, and kind. Then I spoke with the manager Sierra who is a doll. Sierra gave me advice on what her experience is for ordering for several different individuals with different tastes. I appreciate her professionalism and kindness. Great work at this location! My team is loving that they get pizza today!

The pizza is good, but I watched THREE different people come in about 10-15 minutes after I did and get their order before me. One of the customer's was holding a cat and none of the staff seemed to mind that there was a dirty cat in there. I was told that it would take about 20 minutes and it ended up taking about 45 minutes. Some of the staff seems to be very inexperienced and uncaring. It's ridiculous that I had to wait almost an hour for pizza when I saw people order and get theirs within 15 minutes. Please train your staff better

I'm pushing 2 hours of waiting and still haven't seen my pizza, I unfortunately need to leave so I guess I'll get food else where
When I called 30 min ago the woman on the phone was nice but this business is obviously poorly ran
