Panera bread is a great place to eat, but it's getting so busy I can't get through on the phone to make an order. The line at the door is so long it takes half an hour to get in the door. They need more help. There's only ever one or two people taking orders.
This food is in a league of its own and the business model is one of sound ethics. If you want clean, safe, healthy, pure food that is sustainably sourced, you should become a member of Panera Bread. Their rewards program is seamless to utilize as the host always ask for your phone number to earn points or receive rewards. I have tried 75% of the menu and have not found a poor choice. The catering is delicious and simple to order and they have always been on time. My favorite item is the breakfast egg soufflé which is impeccable and could very well be the best breakfast menu item in the industry.
The food is slightly above average, enough to where I want to eat it, but definitely not worth the price. Also the service is terrible. I got 2 things of mac and half a sandwich and I've been waiting 10 minutes and still haven't gotten my food. The lady at the window was very rude, and I still havent gotten my food. Overall, terrible experience. It's not even like they're busy, they're just lazy and dont value customer satisfaction.
Good food, good atmosphere. Our women's Bible study met there this week. Good place for discussion.
If you love bread and quality meals fast, this is a must stop.
