It is what it is. And a little more
I’d give 0 stars if possible. Literally got an order of bread sticks. They’re so dry. No garlic. Not brushed with butter. Great job. Bet ya wanted a tip too huh? How do you mess up something so SIMPLE?
Second time in two weeks we tried this place. The kids love pizza and we thought we were in a hurry. Apparently we were not and little Ceasars was teaching us the importance of not worrying about time frames and just living in the moment. "Hot and ready" is no longer a slogan for the pizza, now it's the line of people waiting 35 minutes for their order. That is supposed to be ready when you show up. I noticed they always someone ready to take your money. I asked before making an order what the wait would be.(I could see a bunch of people waiting) 10 minutes is what I was told. 40 minutes was the wait. 20 of which I was waiting at the counter. How can you misjudge the time frame on a pizza that takes 5 minutes to cook by 35 minutes? Once you pay you realize you can depart with your money or give up your evening. Our last order was for delivery we had 5 kids in the home for a sleep over. The pizzas were 95 minutes late. If your business model is quick and cheap. You Should not take longer then any other pizza place takes to make , cook and deliver a pizza.. Justo put the pizza in the oven. I will no longer do business here. It would be faster to order from a take and bake. Bring it home and cook it ourselves. Or buy a dough and put the toppings on with the children and then bake ourselves. Side note for management... make sure staff puts a name on each order and serve in the order the customers arrive and place their order. I understand being short staffed but this is bad management. Honestly I hope the owner sees this so they can go into that location and do some training. Or don't and see how many customers figure out its faster to make it from scratch. Or just find a different option for pizza. Wow
Shop experience is good. Place was clean, and staff helpful. Only downfall would be the parking lot. Very rough shape, but I realize this is the property owner, and not Little Caesar's problem.
I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and when I got home only to find out it wasn't stuffed crust. Tried calling and no one would answer the phone and of course the mailbox is full im guessing they never check the mailbox and never answer the phone. I just took a bite out of my pan crust pizza and the dough is still raw. I will never order from here again since no one will answer the phone to correct the problem. This is exactly why minimum wage should not go up. Attention to detail.
