We were very impressed with our 3 night stay. Friendly staff. Room was very large, clean and welcoming. Bed was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was good. Nice selection of different breakfast foods each day. Location is in a safe area. Guest laundry was clean, and operating. Pool was on the colder side for our liking. Elevators were very nice & a smooth ride. Would definitely stay here again.
Awesome staff! Rooms are clean and stay clean. The whole hotel is very tidy and welcoming. Brekky is lovely, coffee in the lobby day and night. Social hours with food and drinks is superb. Wifi is acceptable, computers and a printer to use in the lobby if needed. Location is great, as there is hiking and biking and restaurants and bars all around. All needs are met. Gym and pool are nice and clean. Laundry facility is properly maintained and free. Highly recommend! The staff are super kind and always helpful!
Shout out to Brenda! She gave exceptional service. This hotel in general is well cared for and extremely clean. I have stayed multiple times and experienced great service every time.
Good pleasant hotel. It's great that the doors are engineered so as not to slam shut, and the shower has a handheld shower as well as a massage shower fixture. Complimentary breakfasts are not good and have almost no healthy choices.
Very poor experience with this particular hotel in Greeley “Homewood Suites” I was told I could no longer stay there. Ask the older lady at front desk why. Her response was she didn’t know. Mind you this the same person who had been having an attitude towards me during my stay. I didn’t smoke in room which they could of clear found out by simply walking in my room. So that could be it. I wasn’t loud as I was the only person occupying the room. So that couldn’t be it. I was kind and respectful to everyone. So they can’t be it. It didn’t have any falling outs with anyone. So that couldn’t be it. I had no bad run in with anyone guess or stay besides the older lady at the front desk. I honestly think she was a racist and didn’t think I belonged there so she made a reason for me not to come back. Nasty attitude she had all the time with me and very rude. I will be calling corporate about this issue. I travel a lot for work and vacation and use various hotels as I’m a time share holder. Very unpleasant experience with her. She tried to blame the reason for me no longer being able to stay there was cause her manager said so. Only person I had a negative experience with was the old lady at front desk. She should be fired and shouldn’t be allowed to work in the hotel industry or any customer service position. Hilton this is a real disappointment. As I can’t respond to the actually review I’ll add it here. You say you’ve tried to reach out to me view email. Not one email was sent to me. As I searched the two emails I give out found nothing. That was a lie. U tried to call me, again lie. Management saw me everyday said absolutely nothing. I know the type of energy I was given by a particular person but never has management discuss anything with me as I passed thru the office area everyday. Your response below is just a way to try and discredit and or deflect the issue at hand. Yes I did find a better place to go at a better price. You have my number on file you never attempted to reach me. The nasty discomfiting look the older lady gave me with attitude says it all. And if you as management is ok with this type of behavior you yourself need to be fired. I not the only one who said service was rude. Review your other reviews. We all can’t be lying. 🤷🏾♂️
