Terrible customer service. Booked online (through booking.com) and showed up to check in. Was about 11:30pm the girl at the desk was awesome. She couldn't find me in the system. Even though I had confirmation number and already had been charged for the room. An older woman came and literally told me I was waisting my time she seemed very bothered I used a third party company (I didn't even realize it was an issue) and that I needed to get back out to my kids in the car and call booking.com. Booking told me to call the hotel. I called and once that rude woman found out it was me she lost the fake positive attitude. I said hey I'm the guy you kicked out, Booking told me to call you guys so I was wondering if the reservation came through. She said "I never kicked you out" then abruptly hung up on me. I was respectful and courteous to both women the whole time. She made me feel very unwelcome and like I was wrong for trying to stay at that hotel.
By far the best hotel in Greeley. Spacious and accommodating this Double Tree by Hilton hit every point on superior Service and hospitality. Swimming, restaurant, conference room and a small convenience store. Short distance from down town with a view.
Wonderful experience. Clean hotel room, very spacious for 3 people. We had a very nice view of the park below and it made for pleasant way to wake up. Breakfast downstairs was nice and so were the staff. A very pleasant stay, it was worth it to stay here.
Hotel was nice. It was very busy. We needed an outdoor space for quite a few people to fellowship with since it was nice outside. I asked the young lady at the desk if they had any other chairs / space outside for us to hang out. She told us a small space. She would check with someone else. They came and got us and let us use a much nicer outside area that was closed off. Thank you Hilton staff.
The first hotel stay. It had to be Hilton. I was not disappointed. It felt great to be out after 15 months of staying home! I appreciate that Hilton let us know what to expect and told me about the changes since covid. I was completely comfortable staying in the room. It was clean and bright (and I looked) Some of the staff appeared new but any questions we had were handled quickly. If someone needed to find the answer, they let us know and got back to us right away. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Of course, my original reason for choosing Hilton in the first place is the restaurants. I traveled frequently and the Hilton Chef's will go off menu where ever possible and make those special meals you long for when you are on the road.
