Food and milkshakes are very good. The customer service/ experience needs some help. Ordered my food and drove to the window. I asked if I could add a few tacos to my order and the associate said "I can't add anything at the window". I said okay I'll go around. She asked if I wanted ketchup only on my second burger. Confused because I only ordered one cheeseburger... I let her know that I only ordered one burger. I received my order and change and I pulled forward to go around and order the tacos I wanted to add. Another 20 minutes waiting for food would be foolish...so I left. I was also charged for the extra burger upon examination of my receipt. I understand bad days, but to put forth extra effort to provide bad customer service should never be okay. Great food! Great milkshakes and large straws!
My husband went through the drive thru and got four soft tacos. The first bite had a long hair all through the middle of the taco. Cannot eat anything now and they aren't answering the phone so can't get a refund. Will never go again
This place was Amazing... lack of management and complete disregard for food safty. I cannot recommend this location after the many food mishandling practices.
I used to drive in to town at least once a week to eat hear it has been going down hill with quality and customer service for a while last night was the last time ill do there I asked for coke they gave iced tea I asked for del combo burritos with both red and green sauce I got no sauce and no cheese and the beans were at the bottom and the meat was at the top my sons order he didn't get his taco and his bean burrito had onions all through it and the the number nine we ordered was supposed to be a beef burrito and was a been as well with no cheese maybe someday they will get employees or management that will bring this store back to when it was a place I liked going to but I'm tired of waiting for it to happen ill drive to Longmont to get my food from there
We go to this location fairly often. Over all the staff are very nice, and the food is good. They could maybe do a little better at keeping the dining room clean, although it is not bad. And sometimes they need to give a few more napkins through drive thru. But over all quick, friendly service, and delicious affordable food.
