Jack has been a very good host! Has accommodated to all my requests! A good place to stay. Clean pool and rooms.
I won't bore you with all the details. I screwed up on the booking totally my fault, but instead of the manager pointing that out like most people like to, she instantly went into problem solving mode. This type of person is rare and this hotel and the guests like me that aren't perfect are so luck to have such a solution oriented professional at the helm. I thank you for making a rough situating amazing. BTW all the amenities are really well taken care of. Very clean and pleasant place to stay. 🌟x5
The staff at the hotel were very friendly and did everything to the best of their abilities while I was there. The rooms were clean and the pool was available. Should I need a hotel in Greeley in the future I would definitely consider staying at this one. I will say that my booking through Priceline did not go so well for this hotel but that didn't prevent the hotel from being a great stay. I will say don't use Priceline to book a hotel room use the hotel or booking for a far superior experience.
I took my daughters to Comfort Inn in Greeley for a birthday slumber-party- get- away and it was an awesome experience. We knew we were at a great place when we came in playing a scavenger hunt game and giggling and Levi at the front desk was super friendly and kind to my daughters all while quickly checking us in. He made us feel welcome and like we were in good hands at the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable with everything you could need, even the pull out couch bed was clean and nice. When we went out in the hall in the middle of the night to get vending machine stuff there was a safe atmosphere unlike other hotels I’ve been at. The pool was great with lots of windows so the morning sun made our early swim fun. They allow kids in the hot tub with an adult which is great. They had some choices for breakfast and not just a paper bag.
The room it's self was not bad. I checked in, left my luggage in the room, and left to do some visiting. When I came back my room had been broken into through the window. All of my luggage, clothes, and toiletries were gone. I talked to the front desk clerk, and he left a report for the manager. Talked to the manager upon checkout. She mentioned reimbursement, or a free night stay. I ended up with a $50 reimbursement. My luggage cost more than $50. My clothes definitely cost more than $50. Even my toiletries cost more than $50. We'll never stay in this hotel again. If something like this happens to a member, and this was our only reimbursement. Such a shame. You would think they would have treated their members better. The entire customer service was horrible. Not to mention that the manager that checked me in forgot to give me my driver's license back, and we had to call to get them to give it back.
