Good Food, But unfortunately there was a large discrepancy with what was ordered along with one of the three meals priced. When the young boy was questioned about it he proceeded to argue with us. Very embarrassing first of all and totally inappropriate. We asked for a manager but no one showed. The young boy returned 20 minutes later only to give us our bill back in silence. He mentioned nothing to evaluate or compensate the complaint and it's cost. I mention to the boy that a manager did not come to our table, he said "that was what I wrote down and that is what I told you..!" and walked away. We managed to flag down "a manager" to talk with us, which was a very young lady that turned out to be the cook. She proceeded with the same situation, the continuation about the extra price for the meals vs the menu price argument; along with her complaining about the restaurants financial struggles and it's employment problems, which was far from the issues at hand. I do understand todays issues and around the world, as I too have my own. I will hope and pray this tribulation will be discussed among it's staff to better serve its future growth.
This place has good food and great service. Lots of menu options. The drinks are tasty and strong. Price point is a little high for Greeley but I've been called cheap many times in my life. One major specialty they offer is house made guacamole made right in front of you. Very authentic feeling.
Food was amazing! Our server was Stephenie and she was as sweet as can be. She was juggling multiple large parties with ease. Honestly best service I have ever had. Authentic Mexican Food worth every penny.
The owner was very rude. I'm a local business owner, and when I went to introduce myself, and enjoy a meal at Cazadores, she asked me to leave, saying something about "no soliciting." I was a customer trying to eat there and introduce myself, and I was treated with an unbelievably high degree of disrespect. Being a business owner myself, I'm a diehard supporter of local businesses, but this type of behavior is completely unacceptable, no matter what type of business it is. I sincerely hope the owner will consider her actions and words before she jumps to a high-handed conclusion the next time she has an opportunity to acquire a new customer. I'm willing to give this place one more shot, so we'll see how the second attempt to dine here goes.
Love their food, used to order it for delivery. Went in recently since they no longer partner with a delivery service and waited for over five minutes without being acknowledged while the same four employees walked by us five to six times each. I approached a employee to ask if we could seat ourselves since we had never been in the building before, she without Turing around waved me off with a “no you have to wait! We’re busy!”. Foods good and honestly would have waited for a seat if someone had just told us they’d be with us in a minute.
