We went in and got 4 large pizzas. After getting home we found that 1 of the orders was wrong but we made do. Come to find out in that same pizza, there was a blonde hair in it. None of us have blonde hair. Absolutely upsetting and disgusting.

Have always had a great experience with ordering from Blackjack! Delivery is always quick! I wish the App was user friendly. But it doesn't matter when you can call and get the same online deals, if not better!

These days good customer service is a hit-and-miss. My order was placed at a 7:11 PM on Labor Day so to whoever the young man was that took my order, thank you! Your customer service was excellent!

We frequent BlackJack often, but both our pizzas were raw today. When we called we were told that most customers like it that way and to ask for it well done next time?! Umm. Okay... not sure who likes raw pizza. Also, the workers were joking about throwing pizzas on the floor and each other's heads and one commented/joked to my 5 year old he could throw it on her head... pretty unprofessional.
